Gary Marsh
Creative Director
Gary was raised surrounded by soft furnishings and joined his family business in 2007 after graduating with a BSc in Business and Marketing from Loughborough University. In 2018, Gary developed his own interior brand Marsh & Co. and has since grown the company to offer a one-stop-shop architectural design service, manufacturing and delivering luxury home decor products to some of the finest homes in Yorkshire and beyond.
He has a keen eye for detail, specialising in 3D visualisation, concept design, project management and designing custom made cabinetry, furniture and soft furnishings for his clients.
““I love getting my teeth in to exciting new projects, developing relationships with clients to help them bring their ideas to life. The most satisfying aspect of my role is using my design skills to help customers visualise their dream homes. In my free time I enjoy walking in the Peak District with my two sons and my spaniel Geoff. My passions are music, films, cooking and all things design related.

Peter Lodge
Senior Interior Designer / Studio Manager
Peter joined Marsh & Co. in April 2023. he has 10 years experience in the luxury interior design industry, including 5 years working in London for a number of high profile clients.
Responsible for managing our studio at Fox Valley, he coordinates our trades and manufacturing staff to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget and meet the highest quality standards.
Peter specialises in kitchen design, CAD, 3D visualisation and project management.
Outside of work you will find him broadcasting his own radio show and adding to his extremely impressive vinyl collection.
Lee Herrod
Director - Bullhouse Bespoke Joinery & Cabinetry Ltd
Joiner / Cabinet Maker / Installer
Lee leads our affiliated company located at Bullhouse Mill, where he assumes the role of supervising the entire production and installation journey for our cabinetry, kitchens, bedrooms, and renovation undertakings.
With an extensive background spanning two decades in the industry, his joinery and cabinet making skills allow us to deliver a high quality finish to our clients.
In his spare time Lee enjoys walking, music, films, and spending time with his young family.
James Newton
Decorator / Installer
James joined Marsh & Co. in 2021 and has become a valuable asset to the team.
James has meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of his decorating work, from the preparation, paint finishing and wallpapering. This allows us to deliver a high end quality finish for our clients.
James enjoys martial arts and walking his spaniel Pippa in his free time.
Karen Fullwood
Experienced Curtain & Blind Maker
Karen has been part of the Marsh family business since 2005.
She specialises in manufacturing beautiful hand sewn Roman blinds. No one makes a blind quite like Karen!
Aside from meticulous sewing skills, Karen enjoys time outdoors whilst caravanning throughout the British Isles.
Donna Stead
Experienced Curtain & Blind Maker
Donna has a keen eye for detail in all her soft furnishing work. With superb hand sewing skills, Donna specialises in creating beautiful hand finished curtains, blinds and cushions for our customers.
