6. Online Sales

  • Fabric Samples: Free

    Small - Medium (Cushions, Accessories, Fabrics): Based on weight and measurements delivery price varies. Confirmation of prices at checkout.

    Furniture & Large Cabinetry: Our furniture is typically delivered by our own specialist team using a White Glove service. Prices vary by zone, starting from £15.00 for local Yorkshire deliveries.

  • Standard Online Items: For non-bespoke items like rugs, cushions, or lighting, we offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

    Bespoke & Made-to-Measure: Because they are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on bespoke cabinetry, hand-finished curtains, blinds, or custom upholstery unless they are found to be faulty.

    Fabrics & Wallpaper: As these are often cut to order or shipped in specific batches (dye lots), returns are generally not accepted. We always recommend ordering a sample first to ensure you are happy with the color and texture.

  • Lead times vary based on the product type:

    In-Stock Accessories: Typically dispatched within 3–5 working days.

    Bespoke Furnishings (Curtains/Blinds): Usually 4–8 weeks from the date your fabric arrives at our workshop.

    Bespoke Furniture & Cabinetry: These larger projects generally have a lead time of 8–12 week.

  • Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries handled by our in-house team, we will contact you approximately one week prior to delivery to arrange a specific 2-hour time window.

  • Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Any damage or faults must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend checking all goods before signing for them; if you notice damage to the packaging, please sign for it as "damaged".

  • While our primary focus is the UK, we can ship many of our designer fabrics, wallpapers, and smaller accessories worldwide. For international furniture or cabinetry inquiries (such as for our Dubai expat clients), please contact our sales team directly for a bespoke shipping quote.
