Full-Service Project Fees

For comprehensive interior design and project management services, the pricing structure is as follows:

• Design Engagement Fee: A 10% fee of the total estimated project cost is required to engage Marsh & Co. as your designers. This fee covers initial consultations, procurement, material selection, and technical drawings.

• Deposit for Bespoke Items: A 60% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation for all custom-made cabinetry, furniture, and soft furnishings.

• Final Balance: The remaining balance for the project is due one week prior to delivery or the commencement of installation.

• Large Projects: For extensive renovations, interior design and project management fees are often invoiced monthly to support the ongoing progress of the work.

Typical Project Costs

While individual service fees vary, we cater for all budgets from a £500.00 blind to £350,000 renovation project depending on the complexity and scope of the work.

As a bespoke manufacturer, our lead times vary based on the complexity of your project. Generally, hand-finished curtains and blinds have a lead time of 4–6 weeks.

For larger projects like bespoke kitchens or full home renovations, we will provide a detailed project schedule during the design proposal phase.

Our design studio and showroom are located in the heart of Fox Valley, Stocksbridge (Sheffield), right on the edge of the Peak District. This central location allows us to serve clients across Sheffield, Barnsley, Penistone, and the wider Yorkshire region, as well as providing nationwide services for our bespoke manufacturing.

While you are welcome to browse our studio during opening hours, appointments are advisable for design consultations. This ensures you have the undivided attention of a designer to discuss your project in detail. We also offer private evening appointments (4:30 PM – 7:00 PM) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for those with busy daytime schedules.
